The Little Star Who Loved to Listen

High above the world, in a quiet night sky, lived a little star named Twinkly.
Twinkly was smaller than the other stars, but she had the brightest heart.

Every night, while other stars shone proudly, Twinkly liked to listen.
She listened to babies giggling, mothers singing lullabies, and children whispering bedtime wishes.

One night, Twinkly heard a little boy say,
“I wish I wasn’t scared of the dark.”

She shone a little brighter and whispered softly,
“The dark is just the sky resting.”

The boy looked out of his window, saw Twinkly sparkle, and smiled.
He felt safe and soon fell asleep.
